Biography

Ashley is originally from Forsyth, Georgia, where she graduated from Mary Persons High School in 2006. She then attended Macon State College, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. Thereafter, she attended Florida Coastal School of Law, where she received her J.D. in 2015.

Ashley grew up in a home where her father was a firefighter, and her mother was a public school teacher. Both are retired now, but years of watching them work to help others inspired Ashley to want to give back to her community and to people in need. That has since evolved into a desire to fight for clients on a daily basis, both inside and outside of the courtroom.

Before joining the Brodie Law Group in 2024, Ashley worked as an Assistant District Attorney and then as a criminal defense attorney. Ashley’s introduction to courtroom litigation was as a Third Year Practice Act intern with the Towaliga Circuit District Attorney’s Office in Monroe County. There, she had her first trials and handled both misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. Ashley was an Assistant District Attorney in the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit from 2016 to 2021, where she primarily handled cases in Jones County and Baldwin County.

Ashley brings a wealth of trial experience with her to the Brodie Law Group. Throughout her years as an Assistant District Attorney and as a criminal defense attorney, Ashley has litigated thousands of cases from traffic crimes, such as DUI and homicide by vehicle, to major felonies, such as aggravated assault and murder.

Ashley is admitted to practice before all lower courts in the state of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Ashley and her fiancé have two dogs, Apollo and Susie, who are possibly two of the most spoiled canines in Georgia. Ashley enjoys traveling, riding horses and reading in her spare time.
