Location: Macon, Georgia

Job Description

Brodie Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing personal injury team in Macon, Georgia.

This role is for an attorney who is comfortable handling injury cases in litigation, preparing cases for trial, taking depositions, arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and helping clients through one of the hardest seasons of their lives.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, works well with a team, and understands that strong case results are built through preparation, organization, and follow-through.

Why Join Us?

At Brodie Law Group, we help injured clients across Middle Georgia after serious accidents. Our firm is growing, and we are building a personal injury team that is focused on strong advocacy, clear communication, and real client service.

We are not looking for someone who wants to simply move files from one deadline to the next. We need an attorney who wants to think strategically, prepare cases the right way, and help drive strong outcomes for clients.

This is a litigation role for someone who wants to be in the fight, manage cases with purpose, and be part of a team that takes pride in doing meaningful work.

What You’ll Do

  • Managing a high-volume caseload: You’ll oversee approximately 100 active cases, with around 50 cases in litigation, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict.

  • Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial when settlement is not the right path.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation, with 5-8 years preferred. Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side is valuable, although plaintiff-side experience is preferred.
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia.
  • Trial, deposition, mediation, and motion practice experience required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a litigation caseload with organization and urgency.
  • Comfort reviewing medical records, bills, insurance issues, and injury evidence.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A team-first mindset and willingness to work closely with support staff.
  • Ability to explain the litigation process clearly to clients.
  • A strong work ethic and ownership mentality.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Comprehensive Support: Dedicated office space with at least one paralegal to assist in managing your caseload efficiently.
  • Financial Support: All legal expenses incurred during the life of a case are covered by the firm, allowing you to focus solely on advocacy.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance.
  • Retirement IRA with up to 3% company match.
  • CLEs and Georgia Bar Dues Reimbursement
  • A growing personal injury team with room for long-term opportunity.

This is not a role for someone looking for a slow or easy position. Our clients are counting on us, and litigation requires preparation, focus, and follow-through.

If you want to be part of a growing personal injury team that takes its cases seriously and cares about the people behind them, we would like to hear from you.

How to Apply

If you are an ambitious and passionate Trial Attorney seeking to elevate your practice within a supportive and innovative environment, we invite you to apply. Please submit your resume detailing your relevant experience and answer any required questions in detail to express your interest in joining our team.
